Individual coaching
Build confidence and practical habits around one person’s responsibilities.
Individual, group, and team training
Practical, role-aware AI training for owners, executives, managers, and staff across Monterey County and beyond. Build confidence and improve real workflows—not just prompts.
The approach
A generic demonstration is easy to forget. Effective training works with actual job responsibilities, approved examples, and repeatable methods people can use after the session.
Sessions can be one-on-one, small-group, team-based, or leadership-focused. We teach useful capabilities, fact-checking, privacy boundaries, human review, and the judgment required to know when AI should not be used.
What an engagement may include
Build confidence and practical habits around one person’s responsibilities.
Work through shared processes and role-specific exercises as a group.
Understand capabilities, limits, oversight, adoption planning, and ROI.
